Is there something I’m supposed to do to get the mediafoundation fix to work on the Flatpak version of Steam? It says I have both the 32 and 64 bit ffmpeg libraries, but I’m still getting the gstreamer error
gst_element_set_state: assertion 'GST_IS_ELEMENT (element)' failed winegstreamer: failed to create mpegaudioparse, are 32-bit GStreamer "good" plugins installed?
Galaxy News, Enclave or any radio station that plays music does not work, just complete silence. I don’t understand how I’m supposed to get it to pick up those 32 bit libraries. Do I need to install for user or system?
EDIT: Nevermind, installing lavfilters through protontricks seemed to do the trick. It’s not immediately obvious that you would have to do that, I thought Proton-GE through the Flatpak would be enough. Hopefully this reaches other confused gamers in the future
