I have the C1, and I used to use it as a wordpress server and NAS, I bought it as an upgrade to the pi3, but it was not stable, and i replaced it with a pi4. I would like to get a H1 ultra as an aio homelab solution. Proxmox running pfsense, pihole, owncloud, wordpress and whatever else i fancy playing with. It has the 2 2.5gb ethernet ports, perfect for being a DHCP server and firewall (and more), 4 sata ports for a few HDDs to keep all the owncloud data I want to have accessible while away from home, and plenty of ram and cpu power to keep my website snappy, and responsive, which is the biggest complaint I have from my wife, who spend s her time uploading photos for the family. My wordpress is currently hosted on a oracle free tier instance, with sshfs access to my Nas, but i want to bring it back in house.
No price details, but unless it’s seriously cheaper than the odroid h4 ultra, I’ll have the odroid.
What do you use your odroids for?

The H1 seems a great idea, even if it is x86, but it’s a perfect fit for your needs.
I’m not an arm snob, or raspberry pi fanboy, I’ll go with whatever works, AMD by preference though.
I just like the low power draw
