What are they refering when they say “1%”?

You can use a ps4 emulator, I tried shadPS4 with Last Guardian and it works fine. It’s Open source and has a Linux version. I do think to ‘install’ the games in this emulator you have to use a fork such as ShadPs4Plus then use the shadPS4 to play them (for some reason that installation feature was removed from shadPS4, and you do need to install the games before you play them). Mostly Jurassic Park Evolution 2, offered by Epic a few weeks ago. Fills the little kid in me with joy, who loved dinosaurs after watching og Jurassic Park back in the day.
