Warmup:

  • 500m row
  • 10 inchworms
  • 10 leg swings (each leg)
  • 10 arm circles (forward and backward)

Strength:

  • Back Squats: 5 sets of 5 reps (increase weight each set)

Metcon:

4 Rounds for Time:

  • 10 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 20 Sit-ups

Cool Down:

  • 5 minutes of light jogging
  • Foam rolling for lower body
  • Stretching for legs and core
