Warmup:
- 500m row
- 10 inchworms
- 10 leg swings (each leg)
- 10 arm circles (forward and backward)
Strength:
- Back Squats: 5 sets of 5 reps (increase weight each set)
Metcon:
4 Rounds for Time:
- 10 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 20 Sit-ups
Cool Down:
- 5 minutes of light jogging
- Foam rolling for lower body
- Stretching for legs and core
