    According to the article, development hasn’t started yet and if it does, I think we probably won’t see anything for at least 5 years.

    Well, at least people have something to point to when someone complains that the game is getting less content than it should.

    if find it sensable that some much smaller team will push out content from this point on, while thr main team works on thr next title.

    Secrets of the Obscure IMO was a test to see the player bases reactions to a smaller expec to see if players are content enough (as of course its directly inferior to previous expansions in terms of content) to pay and play through.

    I think that in the long term, this is the way to go. By the time Guild Wars 3 is ready, Guild Wars 2 would have been bloated and they can just finally keep focus on the endgame content like PvP and WvW.
