    This isn’t far off from chicken and waffles, and chicken and waffles is pretty fucking good. Mixing sweet and salty is a very common thing and thats pretty much what this is.

      Southerner here. Chicken and waffles is delicious. It always kind of perplexed me that fried chicken sandwiched between waffles wasn’t more of a thing.

        They just started selling a chicken sandwich between waffles at a gas station chain near me. Haven’t tried it because it’s from a gas station lol.

    A few places a while back had glazed donut bacon burgers. Tried one and they were surprisingly good. Id also try this but then id need salads for week.

      Also sometimes called a Luther Burger or a Vandross, named after Luther Vandross.

      They’re legit good, especially if there is bacon and the doughnut has been griddled.

      I haven’t seen them in a little while, but I remember having one a number of years ago and thinking it was incredible
