Downtown San Francisco was bustling with people several years ago, but according to the current numbers, the area now more vacant than ever.

    I live in New York City. A lot of Wall Street office buildings have already been converted to apartments, including the Woolworth Building. The city could lower rents, increase access for tourists, and make the city more livable.
