Yeah and why is that??? It even has a diving function. Nothing will happen to that watch.
It will be fine if you take care of it. Of course leaving salt on will degrade the seal and corrode the inside of the watch.
That’s not something you want to expose your watch to.

I recommend it to not be so salty and relax a bit. Should come right off
