2001 Chevy tracker v6. Had a cracked high pressure fuel hose in engine bay so I replaced it and I can’t get it to stop leaking. I doubled up the clamps and everything and still leaks from the clamp. Any thoughts? I used spring and nut style clamps and neither would work.

Are you sure you replaced that hose? Cause it still has the factory paint marks that line up on the clamp and the end of the hose
The one you are pointing at isnt leaking from this picture the one with the clamp messed up in the back might be
Not high pressure, whatever it is. Spring clamps are kinda limited, even under low pressure.
On something like that, I’d use an Oetiker clamp.
Replace that bit of hose and clamp. Make sure to wipe up any spilled fuel. Make sure you buy fuel hose and not vacuum hose and cut to length.
Replace the clamp with a worm gear clamp. If it still leaks, replace the hose. And clamp.
Make sure you are using fuel hose. If you are using hose for oil, coolant or vacuum you will degrade the hose prematurely or possible rupture the hose causing an even bigger problem.
Absolutely this. Gates sells a specific fuel hose meant for pressure as well that’s lined to not immediately break down.
I can see the split. I would take more pictures and seek more advice. Last thing you want to do is replace it!!! SMFH
First, a high pressure fuel line is not going to have a clamp on it. Second, none of those hoses look new. Did you replace it with a used part?
This looks like psp hoses for the low pressure side. And I agree, a high pressure system wouldn’t have those claims on it, they are not strong enough.
