Late 80s Ferrari Testarossa. Definitely not '84 because that year was the first year where they had one side mirror mounted way up on the A piller and I think they did that over the next few years too. Could be a 90 or 91 too, honestly the late 80s to end of production Testarossas all looked very similar and that picture isn’t that great.
