I was looking at the alpine loop but didn’t realise there was 3 sizes unlike the Trail loops 2.
I don’t have an Apple Store near to try sadly.
For reference I have attached where the M/L trail loop fits on my wrist. I think maybe 180-185mm wrist.
So right at 1 end of the medium. Is it best to size up?
If you wear your watch that tight, it makes your hand feel like a strangers hand for other activities.
It hurts to watch.
Obviously yes, you need to go up a size. Watch should be snug but not too tight.

maybe it’s a bit too tight, but only a liiitle bit

I thought the point of an ultra was to strain your wrist with the weight and stop blood with the strap? Anyway, that’s a trail loop. Just wanted you to know what Alpine loop to get.
My trail loop looks exactly like yours, stitches about 10-15mm on the right from the axis of my wrist. You should go for the L alpine loop, I can wear mine at the fifth loop so it’s not too much under my wrist and it doesn’t annoy me on my laptop.
POV - Bought a wrong sized condom
You’ll loose sensitivity soon
It looks like your Apple Watch is tight enough to cut off your blood circulation which you don’t want, so get a bigger band if you have to.
Clearly your wrist is too big for the Ultra so trying to size it down a bit
Looks like you’re about to give blood.
Gonna pinch that hand right off…
If that’s a M/L trail loop then you’re off by at least 30 mm in your wrist diameter because an M/L fits me just fine with a 205mm wrist…
I’m surprised your hand hasn’t turned blue
