These lights keep coming on together. It seems “random” when they come on and some times they all flash on and off. They come on pretty frequently while driving. My tire completely came off when I braked before trying to leave the driveway this morning so I’m wondering if this is also related. This car is new to me.

The tire came off because the lower ball joint failed, you need to do suspension work on this car sadly.
You have a bad alternator or an issue with the ground.
