If all 4 tires are on the vehicle,just drive off of the jack,real slow.once thi jack is no longer under the vehicle get out and pick t h e jack up and put it in the back of the vehicle,and go find someone that can show you the way to work a jack.just get off of the road shoulder as quickly as possible.you are vulnerable while you’re stuck there alone

a good push to the side of the car woould probably knock the car off the jack. as long as you are done with your task id try that or take the car out of park and let it roll a bit to come off the jack.
Never go full jack.
Reverse off of it at 1/2 throttle
Push the car from the other side. It will fall off the jack and you can get it. Next time only raise the vehicle enough to get the tire off

Likely the jack has failed and gone into a locked state. I’d either drive forward slowly (Could potentially dent frame but eh) or get another jack

Did you twist the realses valve, you don’t lower it with the handle you used to raise it
