E90 320is never came with a straight six. At best, these came with some form of NA 4 Cylinder. All other models after the 320i came with some form of 6 cylinder. 320ds also come with 4 cylinders, though these were turbocharged. Unless it was engine swapped, I would be very skeptical.
Seller doesn’t state how many KMs the car has done, so that is also a red flag, unless it’s shown in the pictures.
I would stay away from this one unless you are looking for a project car, and are willing to gamble the whole way.

lol choosing that for a project is going to bring nothing but disappointment and tears. Premium priced parts for a slow crap unreliable engine…
Yes because the E9x 320i is a shitbox. Firstly it’s not 6 cylinder, the seller is wrong, it was the previous generation E46 320i that came with a 2l straight six.
Basically that engine is weak, and known for constant oil and coolant leaks. 320i also tended to lack the nicer and more luxurious options of the higher end models so inside is marginally better than a Camry and it doesn’t drive much better than one either.
thx for replies
I mean, I bought my 01 330i for 1k. Probably has a handful of issues I’d be willing to bet
I agree with other posts. If you know how to work on BMW’S and have the tools, then limp mode is usually spark or fuel in my experiences. So coils, plugs, hpfp, one is 300+ the other $800-1000 just for parts. But if it’s high mileage, I always stay away. 125k or less for me unless you don’t care how long it lasts
