    The driver, who was found to have cocaine and PCP in his system which impaired his decision-making, had a record for breaking the speed limit.

    Why change our approach to the war on drugs when we can just force manufacturers to limit how fast a car can go

    Absolutely fucking not. I’ve been chased down the highway by someone with a gun and only got away by being faster/more nimble than the SUV they were in. If this shit had been in my car, I would probably be dead right now.
