This car is about $2500 under market value, and we’re not sure if we should buy it. It was in a snowy area, so I’m wondering if the rust is an issue. There’s also peeled paint and it looks like some small dings have been sanded. We don’t mind cosmetically, so long as it doesn’t cause rust damage. Sorry for the less-than-helpful photo.

The visible rust looks minimal.
