That’s almost word for word what my old boss told me. Then whenever I told him he had a call on hold, he’d ask me what “color are they?” so he knew how long to make them wait before picking up the phone…

Not even. Cishet able-bodied white men are not a majority. They’re a big group, but most Americans are minoritized in some way.
Fair point. I wanted to focus on majorities in general, because you’re right, in this case this does not apply.
