It’s most likely from 1930-1931 since it doesn’t feature bumps to accommodate double edged blades. This is after a quick clean using dish soap and a brush. I’ll submit it to an alcohol bath just in case and then try to flow some mineral oil in the mechanism. After that, we’ll see if I want to do some detailing, I’m still unsure which product to de-grime it with and bring some luster back. I’ve heard it’s supposed to be full brass with gold plating.
