You mean “unheated”. You can’t buy a hot dog that hasn’t been cooked, at least I’ve never seen one.
Why would you cook something that’s not made of food?

Fun fact. Candy corn is old enough as a candy that it was from a time in the US where it still wasn’t popular for humans to eat corn. Kids would go in to a candy shop and ask for a bag of chicken feed. There were many shapes of this type of mallow candy around but the corn version had 3 colors instead of just two so it had slightly more novalty. Why people decided it should just be flavored with a bit of vanilla is beyond me.
