    It was all good, except that one part. Why wet the paper? I don’t think the resulting cigarette could be used immediately if it’s wet.

      The paper needs to be wetted for it to adhere to itself. Otherwise it would just unroll immediatedly.

      This one might have gone a bit overboard with the water, usually people just slightly lick the edge, but the required drop of moisture will quickly disperse and evaporate.

        Ah, thanks! I actually felt some kind of psychological pain seeing that amount of water on the paper, thinking: “won’t that water seep into the tobacco and ruin them?”
