Hello fellow Tucsonans! I’ve been wanting to get involved with local politics for awhile now but I am ****NOT**** looking for a stepping stone to a public office. (You’re welcome!)

Just a desire to gain more knowledge about local issues, getting my little voice heard, etc. and of course meeting new faces in my community is always a good thing :-)

Any suggestions on where to even begin? Particularly interested in green spaces, traffic, walkable neighborhoods, environment & water, addressing the ever-increasing homeless population… I live on the east side near Broadway & Harrison if that helps. Thanks!!!
