Looking for opinions/advice. I have owned this Softstreme half-zip for 1 month. I have worn it three times and washed it twice. On the second wash I noticed both issues with colour pigment fading around the neck and also the material is literally wearing on the front. This cost me around £100! I have bought SO much lulu over the years, more than a decade as a dedicated customer, and never complaint or even ever returned an item before. So I filled in the quality review form, and got a reply firstly totally ignoring the issue with the material ‘wearing’ on the front and basically advising me that I must have caused the colour to fade…and I quote “It sounds like the stain on your Brushed Softstreme™ Half Zip was caused by contact with something external.”
What would you guys do? This item of clothing is 4 weeks old…
