My company had a policy if you met certain health measurement you got $500 toward your HSA card. Well the lady that did them had left and they said they never got mine. I had all them pages in my desk except the one that listed my weight and height but they insisted too bad. I searched my car my desk my house for weeks and couldn’t find that one page. Few days later I was driving down the express way and saw a folded piece of paper in the cup holder ( I keep my cars spotless inside so wasn’t common ) so curiously opened it while driving and it was the missing page. I literally had to pull over off the hwy and breathe for a few minutes.
