A lot of very effective unspecified things, very helpful to bring to my doctor
I always tell my doctor, no matter what, just flip the model. If they don’t know what I’m talking about, I just bring up emerging technologies and it works every time. I think this cures all diseases.
lol
I will just turn my mask upside-down tonight, should do wonders for my sleep
They talk about oral appliances. It’s basically a mouth guard that brings your lower jaw forward so your tongue doesn’t collapse into your airway. Then they combine “other therapies” which are surgical. They refer to adenoid removal, deviated septum repair, and turbinate reduction. Do all these things before CPAP, and the size of the pool of people who are going to 50% fail CPAP is a lot smaller.
I’m in that fail pool, pending septum surgery. Did a lot of research into alternatives.
