We’re visiting the in-laws in Santa Monica this weekend so we won’t have our weekly pizza to post. Instead enjoy one of our recent failures, when I was tired and forgot to turn the pizza oven off before loading it up hence this charred mess. I think we ate most of the burnt pepperoni but the rest was a throw away.
Can we please stop using the nsfw tag on things that aren’t nsfw?

That’s a shame it turned out like it did. But, I would have probably knocked off the *really burnt parts and ate that new invention anyway, the pizza bowl.
The crust wasn’t salvageable. I’m sure we grabbed a couple handfuls of the extra crispy cheese.
Bummer. I think you have an idea in your hands though with the pizza bowl, deep dish style with a New York crust.
I’d hack off the edges and maybe soak the rest of the crust with some hot sauce or ranch or something to soften it up. But then again, I am a bit of a degenerate lol
